One-point advice from Instructor Hoshizuki

The theme for this session is "Self-Production."

I will share tips on how to present yourself effectively.

It is said that first impressions are made in "the first 5 seconds."

It's difficult to assess someone's personality in such a short time, isn't it?

So, what kind of information is conveyed in 5 seconds?

"Impression," "atmosphere," "vibe"...

There are various factors that create these, but I believe "facial expressions" and "posture" play a significant role.

You often hear the phrase "body sculpting," don't you?

To achieve an ideal figure, we exercise and build muscles.

The same applies to your face.

There are over 30 facial muscles, and it's said that in daily life, we only use 30-40% of them.

If you don't consciously move them, your muscle strength declines, you lose control, and you can't create a natural smile.

Since wearing masks became common during the pandemic, I often hear people say, "I can't smile properly."

Many people are even too embarrassed to take off their masks in public...

Do you think others will find a facial expression attractive if you don't even like it yourself?

The answer is no.

Daily effort is more important than anything.

Let's start by consciously smiling more and chewing our food thoroughly.

Training your facial muscles to build confidence is also a good idea!

・Develop a wider range of expressions

・Maintain a youthful appearance

・Become more positive

You can expect these kinds of effects.

Also, a good impression can be created through posture with daily awareness.

A hunched back gives an impression of lack of confidence and negativity, and it can also affect your voice.

Master the correct posture and gain a dignified presence!
