Thank you very much for your numerous comments and requests submitted through the Suggestion Box Revitalization Campaign.
The following are some of the comments we received. We are currently considering improvements for other suggestions as well.
Received Comments and Requests and Our Responses

【Regarding Common Areas】
・The delivery lockers are often full, making it difficult to receive packages.
If you select "leave at door" when placing an online order, it is possible for your package to be delivered to your room. Please consider using this option.
・We would like more prominent notification that smoking on balconies is prohibited.
Smoking on balconies is prohibited. Please be considerate of other residents.
・Please address rooms that leave trash in common areas.
Leaving trash, even temporarily, in common areas including hallways, causes inconvenience to other residents, so please refrain from doing so.
【Regarding the Hot Spring Facility】
・Please extend the hot spring closing time.
Our facility's concierge routinely checks to ensure that no guests who are feeling unwell remain in the hot spring when their duties end. For this reason, the hot spring operating hours are set based on the concierge's working hours. We considered extending the hot spring operating hours based on your feedback, but due to operational reasons, we regret that we are unable to do so. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding for the safe and secure living of all residents.
・Regarding hot spring buckets and chairs.
We have received your feedback regarding the hot spring buckets and chairs, and we are currently in the process of replacing them. Please wait for a while until the new items are introduced.
【Regarding Reception and Wi-Fi】
・Cell phone reception is poor.
The building owner has contacted mobile carriers about improving reception, but if residents also contact their mobile carriers regarding poor reception, it will further encourage improvement.
・Indoor Wi-Fi is weak.
A malfunction of the indoor Wi-Fi equipment is possible. Please consult with the concierge. A staff member will investigate.
・Wi-Fi in the entrance, relaxation room, and fitness center is weak.
We have updated to a higher-sensitivity Wi-Fi router. Please check the situation.
【Other Requests】
・We would like a new golf driving range.
We have considered this before, but there is no suitable location within the facility. There is a GOLFLINKS NAGOYA Sasashima Live branch at Market Square Sasashima. It seems they also have the latest simulators, so please consider utilizing that facility.
・Please allow same-day check-in for guests.
There is a constraint that we need to arrange for linen suppliers after receiving a reservation, so same-day check-in is not possible. We would like to continue the current operating procedure.
・Please increase the number of rental bicycles (Cariteco bikes).
We are in discussions with the service provider.
