Thank you for all the valuable feedback and requests you submitted during the suggestion box revitalization campaign.
Following the previous installment, we are publishing our responses to the feedback and requests we received from everyone.
The following is just some of the feedback we received. We are still considering ways to improve based on other feedback.
Feedback/Requests Received and Our Responses

【Renovation of hot spring and sauna facilities】
・I would like to clean the open-air salt sauna after use for the next person.
We have purchased cleaning tools, so please try them out.
・I would like the hot spring tubs and chairs to be replaced.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We have replaced them, so please try them out.
・I would like the hot spring reservation process to be simplified.
We have simplified the hot spring reservation process to only require your name and room number. For safety management purposes, we may need to contact you if we cannot confirm your departure, so please understand that we still require contact information during the reservation process.
【Regarding common areas】
・I would like the parking lot elevator to always return to the 1st floor.
We believe that users from upper floors are equally likely, so we would like to continue with the current operation.
・I would like trash collection to be done on each floor.
The needs and quantities vary for each resident, making it difficult to set a uniform fee. We would like to continue with the current operation.
・Requests for multiple use of bicycle parking and parking lots.
As a general rule, we request one per resident, but multiple uses are permitted depending on the number of residents. If you have a need for use, please consult with the concierge.
【Other opinions/requests】
・I would be happy to have discount services available at nearby stores.
In response to your request, we have started distributing WEB coupons exclusively for residents of Royal Parks ER Sasashima, in collaboration with Market Square Sasashima. You can receive special services by presenting them at participating stores in Market Square Sasashima, so please take advantage of them.

・I would like a coin laundry to be installed.
It is difficult to install a coin laundry due to space and equipment limitations, so we offer a cleaning service through the concierge. Please consider using this service.
・I would like Aicasa (umbrella rental) to be introduced.
Aicasa (umbrella rental) is currently not available in this service area. As an alternative, we sell umbrellas at the front desk for 500 yen.
・I would like more Kalityco Bikes (share cycles).
We are in the process of adding 4 more bikes.
・I would like more rental bicycles.
We are currently increasing the number.
