One-point advice from Hoshizuki-sensei
This time, the theme is "Relaxation."
Here are some tips to help you enjoy every day comfortably.

How are you all doing?
This is Hoshizuki.
Bath time is one of the best times to relax.
When busy, many people tend to just take a shower, right?
It's best if you can soak in the bathtub, even if only for a short time.
Warming your body not only relieves fatigue but also helps reduce swelling and tension, providing a refreshing effect!
A temperature of around 38°C to 40°C is recommended.
While longer isn't necessarily better, soaking for about 10 to 15 minutes is ideal if possible.
Frequency over duration.
It's important to make it a daily habit.
For bath salts, it's best to use whatever makes you feel most relaxed, rather than focusing solely on their benefits!
(Personally, I like Epsom salts. They keep you warm even in winter.)
Remember to hydrate before and after bathing, as you will sweat.
Please don't overdo it and prioritize comfort.
