Pressure points to clear your head
Try pressing your thumb into the hollow of your temple.
Simply pressing gently is effective for eye strain, headaches, stress relief, and dizziness.
When stretching, focusing on deep breaths helps to release tension throughout the body and is more effective.

Rio Hoshizuki
As a child actor, she appeared in various stage productions, including "Annie." In 2008, she joined the Takarazuka Revue as a 94th generation trainee. She made her debut in the Moon Troupe's performance of "ME AND MY GIRL." In the same year, she was assigned to the Cosmos Troupe.Her major performances include "The Rose of Versailles," "TOP HAT," "Elisabeth," "WEST SIDE STORY," "Papa, I Love You," "Anastasia," and many others. In September 2021, she retired from the Takarazuka Revue with "Sherlock Holmes - The Game Is Afoot!" and "Délicieux! - The Sweet Paris -."
Currently, as a wellness influencer for ESG real estate service EaSyGo, she provides wellness programs in offices and rental housing communities.
